Drivetrain is seeking a Strategic Finance Advisor to lead customer enablement activities and enhance financial planning for clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with sales and product teams.

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in corporate FP&A setups β€” you've developed a keen understanding of financial planning and analysis processes that drive business success. Your top-notch written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You possess strong analytical skills with a creative mindset, allowing you to approach problems from multiple angles and find innovative solutions. A collaborative mindset is essential for you, as you thrive in environments where teamwork and shared goals are prioritized. You have a genuine desire to help others, whether they be colleagues or customers, and you take pride in enabling their success through your expertise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all of Drivetrain’s customer enablement activities, ensuring that clients derive high value from our financial planning and decision-making platform. You will collaborate regularly with our sales and product teams to align customer needs with our offerings, driving user adoption and satisfaction. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess customer feedback and performance metrics, helping to refine our services and enhance the overall customer experience. You will also play a key role in developing training materials and resources that empower customers to utilize our platform effectively. Your proactive nature will help you identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our processes, contributing to the overall success of Drivetrain.
