Who you are
You are an eager learner with a passion for crafting user-focused content. You have a foundational understanding of writing for software and are excited to gain hands-on experience in content design. Your coursework or experience in User Experience or Content Strategy has equipped you with the skills to contribute effectively to a creative team. You are familiar with design tools like Figma and have a basic understanding of common software patterns. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to engage with mentors and peers to enhance your skills.
Desirable
While not required, familiarity with AI tools to support or enhance your workflow would be a plus. You are open to feedback and eager to learn from experienced content designers, contributing to a supportive team culture.
What you'll do
As a Content Design Intern at Dropbox, you will work closely with the Content Design team to create seamless user experiences. You will participate in design meetings and critiques, collaborating with product designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers. Your role will involve writing, designing, researching, and iterating on in-product content that helps millions of users achieve their goals. You will have regular meetings with a mentor who will guide you through the design process and provide feedback on your work. This internship will give you a unique opportunity to understand the intersection of content and design in a tech environment.
