Your passion for Dropbox's mission and products drives you to represent customers' needs effectively. You have experience using standardized editorial style and brand guides, which will help you create clear and impactful documentation. Familiarity with tools like Highspot, AEM, Guru, or LMS platforms is a plus, as it will enable you to build enablement content efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Technical Content Developer in the Knowledge, Experience, & Platforms (KXP) organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring self-serve teams can confidently adopt and implement Dropbox products. You will work closely with the Technical Content Strategist to execute and deliver technical documentation that empowers users across various use cases. Your responsibilities will include telling the technical story of Dropbox’s product suite and creating user guides tailored to key customer needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that not only informs but also enhances the overall user experience with Dropbox products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to attend the Emerging Talent Summit, where you can connect with other interns and early-career professionals, building a strong professional network.

What we offer

This internship offers a competitive compensation range of $4,000 to $4,500 CAD for the summer. You will gain valuable experience in a virtual-first work culture, connecting with Dropboxers both virtually and in-person. This role is designed to help you build your skills and prepare for your career journey ahead, providing you with insights into the technical content development process and customer enablement strategies.
