Who you are
As a Technical Content Developer, you are eager to learn and contribute to the Knowledge, Experience, & Platforms (KXP) organization at Dropbox. You have a strong interest in technical writing and documentation, and you are excited about helping users adopt and implement Dropbox products effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are ready to engage with cross-functional teams to create content that resonates with users of all levels. You are detail-oriented and have experience using standardized editorial styles and brand guides, which will help you produce clear and scalable documentation. You are passionate about Dropbox's mission and products, and you are driven by a growth mindset that encourages you to take initiative and make things happen.
Desirable
Experience building enablement content in tools like Highspot, AEM, Guru, or LMS platforms would be a plus, as it will enhance your ability to create effective technical user guides tailored to various use cases.
What you'll do
In this internship, you will play a crucial role in telling the technical story of Dropboxβs product suite. You will create user guides that empower customers to maximize their experience with Dropbox. You will work closely with the Technical Content Strategist to ensure that the documentation you produce is not only informative but also engaging and user-friendly. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product and support teams to gather insights and feedback, which will inform the content you develop. You will also have the opportunity to attend the Emerging Talent Summit, where you can network with other interns and early-career professionals, enhancing your learning and development opportunities.
What we offer
This internship offers a competitive compensation range of $4,000 to $4,500 USD for the summer. You will be part of a Virtual First work culture, allowing you to connect with Dropboxers both virtually and in-person.
