What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Dropbox, you will lead the Core Mobile Experience team, directly managing up to 25 engineers — your role will involve setting strategic directions and ensuring that your team delivers impactful mobile solutions. You will partner with Product Managers to plan and execute on company-wide business objectives, directly influencing the success of Dropbox's mobile offerings.

You will drive high-impact outcomes through ambiguity, fostering a culture of innovation and ownership within your team — your leadership will empower engineers to take initiative and contribute to the overall mission of simplifying the way people work together. You will be accountable for the business impact of your team's work, collaborating closely with the CEO and other executives.

You will oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that your team adheres to Agile practices and maintains high standards of quality — your experience in managing consumer-facing products will be crucial in guiding your team through the complexities of mobile development. You will also focus on mentoring and developing your team members, helping them grow in their careers.
