What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead the Core Mobile Experience team, managing up to 25 engineers and driving the development of Dropbox's core user-facing mobile surfaces. You will partner with product managers to plan and execute on critical company-wide business objectives, ensuring that the team delivers meaningful impact for customers.

You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for the team, guiding engineers through the development process, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your role will involve regular collaboration with cross-functional partners in a virtual-first environment, where you will leverage your technical and people leadership skills to shape strategy and drive results.

You will also oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies within the team, ensuring that processes are efficient and effective. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating challenges and driving the team towards achieving high-impact outcomes.

The compensation for this role ranges from $223,400 to $302,200 USD, depending on your experience and the specific zone you are in.
