Who you are
You have experience as a Full-Stack Product Engineer, demonstrating the ability to handle full-stack projects and deliver minimum viable products efficiently. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to make effective tradeoffs between technical requirements and business goals. You thrive in agile environments and are comfortable with continuous deployment practices and rapid iteration. Collaboration is key for you, as you work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Familiarity with tools and languages used on the DocSend Engineering team, such as TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL, is a plus.
Desirable
Experience in developing secure document management solutions or similar products would be beneficial. You are eager to contribute to a fast-growing business and have a keen interest in AI-enabled features that enhance user experience. Your ability to adapt and learn quickly in a startup-like environment will set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Fullstack Product Software Engineer on the Dropbox DocSend team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure document management, sharing, and tracking. Your responsibilities will revolve around developing and enhancing our product to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly features. You will also have the opportunity to drive high impact and have high ownership in a smaller, startup-like team. Your role will involve participating in the process of continuous deployment, including code reviews and deploys. You will also participate in on-call rotations, which entails being available for calls during both scheduled and unscheduled times.

At Dropbox, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $151,500 to $204,900 depending on your location within the US.
