What you'll do

In this role, you will lead full-stack projects that have a significant impact on the future of secure document management. You will work closely with a smaller, startup-like team, allowing you to take ownership of your projects and drive high-impact results. Your responsibilities will include developing and enhancing product features that improve user experiences, ensuring that they are scalable and user-friendly.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify innovative solutions and implement them effectively. Your role will require you to set a high bar for quality and operational excellence, preemptively identifying and resolving technical risks. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

As you work on expanding the Virtual Data Room business, you will focus on improving deal workflows and introducing new features that leverage AI technology. Your contributions will directly influence the growth trajectory of DocSend, and you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the product.
