Who you are

You are a Full-Stack Product Engineer with a strong background in developing and enhancing web applications. You have experience handling full-stack projects and delivering minimum viable products efficiently. Your excellent problem-solving skills enable you to make effective tradeoffs between technical requirements and business goals. You thrive in agile, fast-paced environments and are comfortable with continuous deployment practices and rapid iteration. You enjoy collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly features.

You are familiar with the tools and languages used on the DocSend Engineering team, including TypeScript, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. You have a proven ability to thrive in environments that require high ownership and impact, and you are eager to contribute to the growth of Dropbox's fastest-growing businesses. You understand the importance of user-focused design and are committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Desirable

Experience with AI-enabled features and improving deal workflows is a plus. Familiarity with secure document management and sharing solutions will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As a Full-Stack Product Engineer on the Dropbox DocSend team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure document management, sharing, and tracking. You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the product to deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into robust, scalable, and user-friendly features. Your role will involve participating in the process of continuous deployment, including code reviews and deploys, and you will be part of on-call rotations, ensuring the reliability of the applications you help build.

You will have the opportunity to drive high impact and have high ownership in a smaller, startup-like team. Your contributions will directly influence the trajectory of DocSend's growth, as you work on expanding the Virtual Data Room business and improving deal workflows. You will also have the chance to introduce AI-enabled features that enhance the user experience and streamline processes.
