What you'll do

As the Director of GTM FP&A, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to the GTM leadership team, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in driving revenue growth. You will own the financial planning and analysis for approximately $250M of Annual Recurring Revenue and $125M in GTM operational expenditures. Your role will involve developing accurate revenue forecasts, identifying key drivers of financial performance, and making ROI trade-offs for proposed investments. You will play a crucial role in regular reporting cadences, working closely with the CFO and CEO to communicate financial results and outlooks effectively.

You will lead initiatives to measure the success of strategic initiatives and evaluate resource investments, ensuring that financial decisions are data-driven and aligned with the company's objectives. Your insights will help shape the financial strategy of Dropbox, and you will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions at the highest levels.
