Who you are
You have a strong background in product management with a focus on security solutions, particularly in AI and data loss prevention. Your experience includes building and scaling data ingestion systems and platforms, and you understand the complexities of data security in the context of AI and SaaS products. You are adept at identifying market opportunities and crafting a clear product vision that resonates with SMB and mid-market businesses. Your ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy is complemented by your strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Desirable
Experience with AI-driven products and a solid understanding of data security risks associated with AI agents in enterprise environments would be beneficial. Familiarity with access governance and compliance automation is also a plus, as is a track record of successfully launching innovative security products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the strategy and key capabilities for Dropbox's security offerings, focusing on integrating Niraβs governance capabilities into the existing product suite. You will lead the development of an AI-driven roadmap, launching intelligent features that streamline access control and enforce real-time data loss prevention measures. Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities in the SMB and mid-market security space, crafting a differentiated value proposition, and accelerating product adoption. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the products meet market needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.
What we offer
Dropbox provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of CAD 196,400 to CAD 265,700.
