You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the security domain, and a strong understanding of AI technologies and data loss prevention strategies. Your background includes working with SaaS products, and you are familiar with the challenges and solutions related to data security in enterprise environments. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product visions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You are driven by the opportunity to innovate and create impactful solutions that address real-world security challenges faced by SMBs and mid-market companies. Your experience includes defining product roadmaps and leading teams to deliver high-quality products that meet market needs. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of next-generation security products, integrating Niraβs governance capabilities into Dropbox and driving a standalone security offering. You will define and launch an AI-driven roadmap, focusing on intelligent features that streamline access control and enforce real-time data loss prevention measures. Your responsibilities will include identifying market opportunities, crafting a clear product vision, and accelerating adoption through a differentiated value proposition.
You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the products you develop not only meet technical requirements but also resonate with users. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and enhance user experience. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking product performance post-launch, ensuring that the products deliver on their promises.
