What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager on the Security team, you will lead the development of innovative data security features that set MongoDB apart in the market. You will build a vision for features such as Queryable Encryption and Atlas Security, ensuring they meet the needs of enterprise customers and comply with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to define product specifications and oversee the development process — your role will involve prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market research, ensuring that the product roadmap aligns with business objectives.

You will engage with customers to gather insights and understand their security challenges — your ability to translate these insights into actionable product improvements will be key to enhancing customer satisfaction and trust in MongoDB's offerings.
