Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in web experience, where you've successfully led cross-functional teams to enhance digital products. Your background includes managing product roadmaps and translating strategic goals into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
You possess strong leadership skills, having mentored and developed teams of product managers and producers. You understand the importance of collaboration across design, engineering, and marketing, and you excel at fostering relationships that drive high-impact results.
Your expertise includes familiarity with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager and Contentful, as well as experience with web experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies. You are comfortable using web analytics platforms like Google Analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
You are a strategic thinker who can balance short-term priorities with long-term vision, ensuring that the web experience aligns with key business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Desirable
Experience in both product-led and sales-led software-as-a-service environments is a plus. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling user experiences that resonate with customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and mentor a team of web product managers and producers, guiding them through the development of short and mid-term roadmaps. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with web engineering, web design, and integrated marketing partners to drive enhancements to the Dropbox.com experience.
You will translate the north-star strategy into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that the website serves as a compelling expression of the brand and a critical part of the user lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering near-term priorities, features, and improvements that align with user needs and campaign priorities.
You will work closely with stakeholders across marketing and product to ensure alignment on goals and requirements. Your role will involve managing the day-to-day execution of web initiatives, ensuring high-quality execution across all initiatives.
What we offer
Dropbox offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of CAD 145,400 to CAD 196,600.
