Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in web experience or digital marketing — you've successfully led teams and projects that enhance user engagement and drive business objectives. Your strong analytical skills enable you to translate data into actionable insights, ensuring that web initiatives align with user needs and brand strategy.
You are an effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and marketing teams — you understand the importance of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision. Your experience with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Webflow, or Contentful allows you to effectively manage web projects from conception to execution.
You are familiar with web experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies — you know how to leverage these tools to optimize user experience and drive conversion rates. Your knowledge of web analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Amplitude, empowers you to measure success and iterate on strategies effectively.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus — you thrive in settings where you can influence product direction and make a significant impact. Familiarity with integrated marketing strategies will enhance your ability to align web initiatives with broader marketing goals.
What you'll do
As a Senior Manager, Product Management for Web Experience, you will lead a team of product managers and producers, guiding them through the development of mid-term roadmaps and prioritizing features that enhance the Dropbox.com experience. You will translate the north-star strategy into actionable plans, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality execution across various web initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with web engineering and design teams to drive enhancements that improve user engagement and satisfaction — your role will involve managing day-to-day execution while also mentoring your team to foster their professional growth. You will partner with stakeholders across marketing and product to ensure that the web experience aligns with key business objectives and campaign priorities.
Your responsibilities will include defining metrics for success, conducting user research, and leading A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a compelling digital presence that reflects Dropbox's brand values and engages users effectively.
What we offer
Dropbox provides a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $181,500—$245,500 USD depending on your experience and location. You will have the opportunity to work remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while still being part of a collaborative team.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — we value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive team. Join us to shape the future of Dropbox's web experience and make a meaningful impact on our users' journeys.
