Overview

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Web Group to define the future of CMS and web tools. You'll collaborate with engineering teams and leverage data to guide product strategy. This role requires experience in CMS, web, or marketing domains.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 5+ years of experience launching products in CMS, web, content, or marketing-related domains. You possess a deep understanding of how modern marketers create, distribute, and measure content, which allows you to empathize with their needs and challenges. Your ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces is a key strength, enabling you to define the future of CMS and web products as discovery and distribution models change. You are comfortable using data to guide strategy and decision-making, including defining success metrics and evaluating tradeoffs. Your experience includes creating a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for product areas, making you a critical member of the Product Triad.

Desirable

Experience with AI-driven discovery and AEO is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in content marketing and distribution. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a track record of partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver product improvements across shared systems and foundations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will operate with high ownership in an evolving problem space, helping to define what the next generation of CMS and web tools should look like. You will create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of HubSpot’s Build Awareness pillar. Your responsibilities will include guiding new product ideas from initial concept through to launch, working closely with multiple platform engineering teams to deliver improvements. You will leverage your strong content and marketing empathy to ensure that the tools you build meet the needs of modern marketers. Additionally, you will use data to guide your strategy, defining success metrics and pressure testing assumptions where signals are imperfect.

What we offer

HubSpot offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact on the future of CMS and web products. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating innovative solutions for marketers. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Join us in shaping the future of content management and web tools at HubSpot.
