Who you are
As a Support Enablement Engineer Intern, you are eager to dive into the world of AI and customer support. You have a foundational understanding of AI technologies and are excited about the opportunity to apply them in real-world scenarios. Your hands-on experience with automation platforms and API integrations will help you contribute effectively to the team. You are a collaborative individual who enjoys working with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects.
You are comfortable with modern AI workflows, including LLMs and no/low-code platforms. Your curiosity about AI capabilities and their application in customer support will drive your contributions to the team. You are looking to build a strong professional network and gain valuable insights into the tech industry during your internship.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and rollout of AI-driven enablement initiatives across Customer Experience (CX) support workflows. You will work closely with technology partners to operationalize AI capabilities and automate support workflows. Your contributions will streamline support operations and improve agent efficiency, ultimately enhancing customer outcomes. You will engage in hands-on projects that allow you to apply your knowledge of AI technologies and automation.
You will also have the opportunity to attend the Emerging Talent Summit, where you can connect with fellow interns and early-career professionals. This experience will help you build lasting relationships and explore learning and development opportunities that will prepare you for your career journey ahead.
