What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and rollout of AI-driven enablement initiatives across the Customer Experience (CX) organization. You will work closely with technology partners to operationalize AI capabilities and automate support workflows. Your contributions will help streamline support operations and improve agent efficiency, ultimately elevating customer outcomes. You will engage in hands-on projects that allow you to apply your knowledge of AI and automation in practical settings.
You will collaborate with various teams to translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable solutions that enhance the customer support experience. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to attend the Emerging Talent Summit, where you can network with peers and learn from industry leaders. You will gain valuable insights into the intersection of AI and customer support, preparing you for a successful career in this evolving field.

As a Summer intern at Dropbox, you will receive a competitive compensation package ranging from $5,000 to $6,000 USD for the duration of the internship.
