Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, demonstrating a strong ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL allows you to retrieve and manipulate data efficiently, while your proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI enables you to present findings in a clear and impactful manner. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business questions into verifiable hypotheses, and using data to drive decision-making processes.

You possess excellent judgment and can quickly form actionable, data-driven conclusions even in uncertain situations. Your experience includes building dashboards and custom reports that empower team members with data, and you have a track record of diagnosing business process flows to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. You thrive in environments where you can leverage data to enhance business operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Desirable

Experience with cloud-based data solutions and familiarity with data governance principles would be advantageous. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Renewals, providing insights that drive business decisions. You will execute deep-dive analyses to address key business issues and present your findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into strategic planning. Collaborating closely with the technical Business Intelligence team, you will translate complex business questions into actionable data analyses.

You will build and maintain dashboards and custom reports that track key metrics, empowering other team members with the data they need to make informed decisions. Your role will involve retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources, compiling it into a digestible format that facilitates effective decision-making. Additionally, you will diagnose business process flows and contribute to improving automation and process improvements through data applications and workflow triggers.
