What you'll do

As an Associate Business Manager at DRW, you will play a crucial role in managing the assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives within the EMEA region. This includes onboarding and decommissioning traders, exchanges, products, and execution systems. You will gather relevant data and details to ensure that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will also involve monitoring new business processes and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the rollout. You will work closely with various teams to shepherd new trading products and venues to successful launch, ensuring that all necessary due diligence activities are performed. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying potential challenges and addressing them before they impact the business.
