What you'll do
As an Application Support Engineer at DRW, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting the Unified Platform. You will work hand in hand with developers to ensure that the research and compliance tools are functioning optimally for users across the firm. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving application issues, providing timely support to users, and collaborating with various teams to implement improvements. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of new features and enhancements based on user feedback.
