What you'll do

As the Global Head of Talent Management, you will lead the Talent Management Team and work closely with the Global CHRO to develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing programs that enhance the talent lifecycle, from acquisition to onboarding and ongoing development. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that talent management initiatives are aligned with DRW's strategic goals and effectively support the organization's growth.

You will also be responsible for analyzing talent metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring that employees have access to training and career advancement opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, promoting engagement and retention through innovative talent management practices.
