Netlight is hiring a Talent & Growth Manager to lead recruitment and onboarding processes. You'll manage the entire recruitment cycle and contribute to the growth of the company. Full business-level fluency in German and English is required.

You have a strong background in recruitment and talent management, with a keen understanding of the competitive landscape for talent in today's economy. Your fluency in both German and English allows you to communicate effectively with diverse candidates and stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating a positive onboarding experience for new hires.
You understand the importance of employer branding and have experience in both internal and external branding initiatives. Your project management skills enable you to oversee multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality. You are committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace, ensuring that all candidates feel valued and respected throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll do
As the Talent & Growth Manager at Netlight, you will lead the recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding. This includes networking, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding experience to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Search Team to develop innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
You will also be responsible for employer branding initiatives, working to enhance Netlight's reputation as a top employer in the digital consulting space. Your role will involve engaging with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and industry events, to build a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, you will contribute to talent management efforts, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability for both the company and its employees.
