What you'll do
As the Head of Talent at PermitFlow, you will lead the talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates who align with our mission of redefining construction through AI. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Your role will involve overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team — you'll implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the candidate experience and streamline hiring processes.
