What you'll do

As a Trading Operations Specialist, you will provide essential front-office support for the firm's direct trading business. You will act as the process owner for current functionalities, ensuring that the trading desks have the necessary tools and technology to operate efficiently. Your role will involve gaining a strong understanding of the traders' individual needs and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity.

You will collaborate with relationship managers and experienced traders to identify areas for improvement in operational processes. Your insights will help drive enhancements in technology and workflows, ultimately contributing to the firm's success in the markets. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise in the trading operations and providing timely solutions.
