What you'll do

In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to your career by operating the trading desk's core workflows, which include trade booking, P&L reconciliations, and cash management. You will monitor incoming and outgoing funds to ensure all transactions are accurate and compliant. As new opportunities arise, you will collaborate with the trading team to set up new venues and products, gaining valuable insights into how markets operate. As you progress, you will take on responsibilities such as process design, automation, and team oversight, which will open pathways into trading, operations, risk, or finance.
