What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer at Duffel, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our largest customers, providing them with expert support and guidance on using our APIs. You will address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and suggest best practices to optimize their use of our technology. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product, engineering, finance, and travel operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will also play a key role in onboarding new customers, helping them integrate our APIs into their systems and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed.
