You are a Customer Success Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for helping customers succeed. You have experience in technical onboarding and solution design, and you thrive on solving complex problems. Your curiosity drives you to learn and apply new technologies, particularly in cloud infrastructure and AI capabilities. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality support and documentation. You understand the importance of championing technical excellence and are eager to work across various customer architectures and use cases.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with customers to ensure they successfully adopt and implement Algolia's search and discovery platform. You will provide high-quality technical onboarding, guiding customers through the setup process and helping them design scalable solutions. You will offer best-practice guidance and hands-on implementation support, ensuring that customers can leverage the full potential of the platform. You will act as a technical owner for assigned accounts, maintaining clear communication and rigorous documentation to facilitate smooth delivery. You will also support Algolia's Professional and Expert Foundation offerings, ensuring that customers receive the technical assistance they need to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive satisfaction.
