You have a strong background in backend development and customer interaction โ€” your technical depth allows you to understand complex systems while your interpersonal skills enable you to build strong relationships with clients. Your experience in SDK development equips you to support various teams effectively, ensuring their success with the experimentation platform.

You are adaptable and can navigate ambiguity โ€” you understand that priorities can shift in a fast-paced environment, and you are ready to take ownership of your responsibilities. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders is one of your key strengths, allowing you to bridge the gap between engineering and business needs. Desirable

Experience in a startup-like environment is a plus, as it aligns with the dynamic nature of the Confidence team. Familiarity with experimentation platforms or similar tools will help you hit the ground running. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies will serve you well in this role.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide first-response support to teams running experiments and making product decisions with the Confidence platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams at Spotify, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. Your role will involve automating problem-solving processes and developing reusable solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the experimentation platform.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and product managers, contributing to the overall reliability and adoption of the platform.
