What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the Design team at Duolingo, working on various projects that span mobile apps, websites, and brand experiences. You will lead design initiatives, ensuring that the user experience is both fun and functional. Collaborating closely with other designers and artists, you will help to expand and refine the Duolingo design language, making it consistent across all platforms. You will partner with engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for product development. Your leadership will guide the design team in creating innovative solutions that enhance the learning experience for millions of users worldwide. You will also be involved in user research and testing, gathering feedback to inform design decisions and improve overall usability.
