You are an experienced Staff Product Designer with a strong background in leading design initiatives. You have a proven track record of solving complex, high-impact problems and redefining user experiences for various products. Your ability to tackle ambiguous problem spaces and design sophisticated workflows makes you a valuable asset to any team.
You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, working closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex business needs into effective design solutions. Your communication skills allow you to articulate your design rationale and vision clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.
As a mentor, you take pride in elevating the craft of design within your team. You enjoy guiding junior talent and improving processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. Your strategic mindset enables you to lead the UX vision and strategy for your assigned product pillar, creating seamless and connected experiences for both retailers and their end-customers.
Desirable
Experience with data-rich interfaces and configuration tools is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and best practices in user experience design. What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will lead the UX vision and strategy for one of Narvar's core product pillars. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing seamless experiences that cater to both retailers and their end-customers. You will collaborate deeply with product managers and engineering leads, ensuring that your designs align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
