You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on growth and user engagement. Your strong analytical skills enable you to derive insights from data, guiding product decisions that resonate with users. You are a natural leader, capable of mentoring other product managers and driving strategic initiatives across teams.
You possess a deep understanding of user behavior and are skilled in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to validate feature ideas. Your experience working closely with UI/UX designers ensures that you prioritize user experience in every product decision. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with engineers to guide feature development from ideation to release.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product Management for Growth at Duolingo, you will lead a team of product managers, driving the strategy for product features that enhance user engagement and retention. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and specification to development, release, and post-launch analysis. Your role will involve setting and achieving key performance indicators that align with Duolingo's mission to make education universally accessible.
You will perform in-depth qualitative and quantitative research to discover new feature ideas and validate them before development.
