Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in growth strategies and user acquisition. You understand the metrics that matter for product-led growth and are comfortable making data-driven decisions. Your collaborative nature allows you to build trust with engineering and design partners, ensuring that the best products come from empowered teams. You possess excellent communication skills, capable of articulating strategy to executives while diving into technical details with engineers. You are genuinely curious about user behavior and enjoy conducting user research to understand friction points in the onboarding journey. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are excited about building something meaningful.
What you'll do
As a Group Product Manager at Justworks, you will own the growth strategy for user acquisition and activation. You will identify opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive execution with cross-functional teams. Partnering closely with engineering and design, you will ship experiments that improve key growth metrics, being deeply involved in experiment design and analysis. You will define and track success metrics for your area, building dashboards and communicating learnings to the broader organization. Your role will also involve collaborating with marketing on acquisition campaigns to ensure product experiences align with go-to-market messaging. You will contribute to Justworks' product culture by sharing learnings and mentoring other product managers.
