What you'll do

In this role, you will manually support the testing of new features across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Web. You will execute regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing to ensure that new releases meet quality standards. Your responsibilities will include writing clear and detailed bug reports, collaborating with engineers to diagnose issues, and advocating for the learner experience by evaluating features for correctness and usability.

You will also learn about Duolingo's products in depth, asking thoughtful questions about expected behavior and edge cases. As you gain experience, you will help prioritize testing tasks within your assigned projects, focusing on areas that have a high impact on learners. You will follow and contribute to existing QA processes and documentation, ensuring that quality scales across teams as you grow in your role.
