What you'll do

In this role, you will manually support the testing of new features across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Web. You will execute regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing to ensure that new features function as intended. You will write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports, collaborating closely with engineers and teammates to help diagnose issues effectively. You will also execute sanity checks on Duolingo releases and branch builds, validating bug fixes before and after deployment.

You will help prioritize testing tasks within your assigned projects, focusing on areas that have a high impact on learners. Your role will involve advocating for Duolingo learners by evaluating features for correctness, clarity, and usability. You will follow and contribute to existing QA processes, documentation, and procedures, while learning how quality assurance scales across teams.
