Who you are

You have experience in logistics and supply chain management, understanding the intricacies of transportation needs and customer requirements. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with customers and carriers. You are proactive in identifying potential risks and providing solutions to ensure successful delivery.

What you'll do

As a Logistics Coordinator at E2Open, you will be responsible for providing logistics services from the beginning to the end of the customers' supply chain operations. You will understand customer business requirements to inform the building and planning of loads, including mode selection and multi-stop ordering. Your role will involve selecting and routing tenders to carriers defined by routing guides, ensuring coverage for all loads ahead of relevant milestones.

You will manage appointment scheduling requirements relative to the delivery plan to optimize service levels while minimizing costs. Tracking the execution of loads against relevant milestones will be crucial, as you will need to identify any risks to successful delivery and offer solutions or recommendations.
