What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate daily order management tasks, including exporting order files and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy. You will enrich orders with logistics and packaging requirements, ensuring that all necessary information is communicated effectively. Your responsibilities will also include uploading, batching, and processing orders in the label generation tool, as well as sending batches to third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

You will create, update, and distribute weekly logistics and operations reports, which will include important customer delay communications. Supporting inbound supply chain operations will be crucial to ensure that ingredients arrive in full and on time. You will document and report any data or technology issues, assisting in their timely resolution and contributing to process improvements.

Additionally, you will perform various operational and administrative tasks, including system and customer database updates, and support invoice matching to ensure accuracy in financial records. Your role will be pivotal in driving business success and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective logistics coordination.
