You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on financial products or services. You possess a strong ability to communicate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders, including executive teams and customers. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation within diverse teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals. You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in guiding product decisions, allowing you to make informed choices that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Desirable
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with earned wage access or similar financial products. You have a knack for user research and can translate customer needs into actionable product features. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams, and you thrive in environments where you can lead initiatives from conception to launch. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value to users.
What you'll do
In this role, you will shape the vision for the Early Pay product, which allows customers to access their earnings in real-time. You will communicate your product vision, roadmap, and results to your team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged. Leading a diverse team, you will drive the development of features that enhance the payment experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product meets user needs and aligns with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, conducting user research, and iterating on product features based on feedback and data analysis.
You will also be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and beyond. This includes prioritizing features, coordinating with marketing for go-to-market strategies, and ensuring that the product evolves based on user feedback and market trends. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Earnin's offerings, making a significant impact on the financial flexibility of our community members.
What we offer
Earnin provides a competitive salary range of $206,280 - $252,120, along with equity and benefits.
