Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on data-driven growth strategies. Your strong business acumen allows you to identify market opportunities and define innovative products that resonate with users. You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and have a proven track record of leading the full product lifecycle from opportunity discovery to MVP definition and global scaling.
You possess exceptional analytical skills, enabling you to design scientific A/B tests and analyze user behavior data effectively. This expertise allows you to iterate on products and optimize acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics. You are a strategic thinker who can define long-term roadmaps and align them with the company's vision.
What you'll do
As the Senior Product Manager at NewsBreak, you will be the Navigator of the App Matrix strategy, leading the charge in identifying market opportunities and defining brand-new products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to ensure that product development aligns with user needs and business goals. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and validate ideas through MVPs.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product features and enhancements. Analyzing user behavior data will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to make informed decisions that drive product improvements. You will also define success metrics and track performance to ensure that products meet user expectations and business objectives.
