What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Real, you will lead key strategic initiatives that support our Brokerage, Mortgage, and Title businesses. You will serve as the proxy for our internal and external customers, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. You will be responsible for developing and deploying innovative solutions that enhance the experience for our real estate agents and their clients. Your role will involve leading the discovery process, defining product roadmaps, and managing the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features. You will also conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and analyze product metrics to measure success. Collaboration with the engineering team will be crucial as you work to bring your product vision to life.
