Your expertise in JVM programming languages is complemented by a solid understanding of event-driven architecture, allowing you to create responsive and efficient systems. You are familiar with AWS and have experience leveraging cloud services to enhance application performance and scalability.

You thrive in collaborative environments — working cross-functionally with various teams is second nature to you. You understand the importance of clear communication and are adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills enable you to tackle challenges head-on, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and systems.

What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Earnin, you will drive the design and development of key platform services for the Live Pay team. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create scalable and reliable backend systems. You will be responsible for implementing features that enhance user experience and ensure the platform's performance meets the demands of a growing user base.

You will participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase — your insights will help shape best practices and improve team efficiency. You will also engage in troubleshooting and debugging efforts, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly to maintain a seamless user experience.
