What you'll do

As the Technical Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for establishing SEC reporting processes and preparing financial statements for quarterization. You will lead the inaugural quarterly financial reporting in Workiva and assist in drafting the S-1 filing while uplifting prior-year audits to PCAOB standards. Your role will involve preparing all technical accounting and SEC reporting deliverables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure that financial reporting processes are efficient and effective. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the company's financial reporting framework as it transitions into a public entity.
