What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR functions across the APAC region, including the Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. You will work closely with the Head of People to implement HR initiatives that foster a positive company culture. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will also play a key role in employee engagement activities, helping to create programs that enhance team morale and retention. Additionally, you will provide support in performance management processes and assist in developing training programs that align with employee development goals. You will be involved in gathering employee feedback and using it to inform HR strategies, ensuring that the needs of the workforce are met effectively.
