You have a strong background in human resources, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a generalist role. You understand the nuances of HR practices across different cultures and regions, particularly in the APAC area. Your expertise includes employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws. You are adept at building relationships and fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey HR policies and initiatives to employees at all levels. Your ability to navigate complex situations with empathy and professionalism sets you apart. You are also familiar with HR technology and tools that streamline processes and enhance employee engagement.
What you'll do
