Who you are

You have extensive experience as a senior HR Business Partner or HR Director in the APAC region, with hands-on exposure to complex, multi-country employee relations and local employment legislation. You operate as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders, influencing people and organizational decisions in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Your strong judgment and confidence enable you to handle sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management, restructures, investigations, and expat-related issues. You possess a pragmatic, execution-focused mindset, comfortable rolling up your sleeves and staying close to leaders and employees day to day. With solid commercial acumen, you connect people decisions directly to business outcomes and have experience working within global organizations, balancing regional realities with global frameworks, guidance, and precedent. Your strong communication and stakeholder management skills allow you to build credibility and foster trust across the organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with senior Enterprise Sales leaders to shape the people decisions that drive commercial success. You will navigate complex people challenges and provide strategic HR guidance to ensure alignment with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing employee relations issues, advising on performance management processes, and supporting organizational change initiatives. You will also play a key role in developing HR strategies that support the growth of the organization across the APAC region. By fostering a high-trust environment, you will help create a culture that values collaboration and accountability. You will be expected to stay hands-on, working closely with leaders and employees to address their needs and concerns. Your ability to influence and drive change will be critical in ensuring that HR initiatives align with the overall business strategy.
