You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the initial setup of the Elastic Riyadh office, coordinating with global and regional teams to establish the new entity. You will ensure compliance with local laws and company policies while supporting the setup of banking, payroll, and vendor relationships. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with real estate project management, coordinating lease negotiations, and overseeing facilities setup.

You will facilitate registration and licensing processes with local authorities, ensuring that all necessary documentation is in place. Additionally, you will organize onboarding logistics for new hires, ensuring that the workplace is ready for their arrival. Your role will be crucial in delivering smooth day-to-day business support and operational excellence across the organization.
