What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Engineering team at Vonage. You will gather and analyze data to support OKR reviews, providing insights that help the team meet its objectives. You will prepare reports and dashboards that offer visibility into team performance and progress, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives. Monitoring key performance indicators will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you assess the operational health of the organization. You will lead initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, you will support the teamβs growth by managing aspects of hiring and onboarding, developing documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions. Your role will also involve coordinating compliance requirements and supporting internal and external audit readiness. You will assist in the delivery and reporting of key engineering projects, ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met.
