Who you are
You have a strong background in business operations, particularly in financial operations, and are adept at managing key initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency within engineering organizations. You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify opportunities for process optimization and improve workflows across various domains. Your experience includes capturing and executing OKRs, ensuring alignment between engineering goals and organizational priorities. You are detail-oriented and can quickly assess data to ensure accuracy and relevance in reporting.
Desirable
Experience in cloud communications or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with quality assurance processes. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Engineering Operations Manager and be responsible for driving key initiatives that enhance the performance and scalability of the engineering organization. You will manage the capture and execution of OKRs, collaborating with leadership to ensure that the engineering team's objectives align with the broader organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing high-level reports for the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights into operational performance and progress towards key initiatives.
You will work across teams to establish and improve best practices in areas such as Quality Assurance, Financial Operations, and Architecture. This involves identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable operational processes that enhance team productivity. You will regularly assess progress on OKRs and ensure that teams remain focused on critical objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
