Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in data analysis and experimentation, with a focus on driving growth through insights across the customer lifecycle. Your experience includes funnel analysis and reporting, allowing you to identify growth opportunities effectively. You are skilled in translating customer insights and product telemetry into actionable experiments that enhance user experiences and optimize marketing strategies.
You possess a deep understanding of customer behavior and use-case performance data, enabling you to surface friction points and drop-offs in the marketing funnel. Your analytical mindset allows you to perform end-to-end analyses that inform decision-making and strategy development. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and RevOps, to implement high-impact experiments.
Desirable
Experience with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus, as is familiarity with customer engagement metrics. You are adept at using SQL for data manipulation and reporting, and you have a solid grasp of Google Analytics to track and analyze user interactions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own deep-dive analyses across the marketing funnel, content, product telemetry, and consumption use-cases to identify growth opportunities. You will analyze end-to-end product and marketing funnels to surface friction points and optimization opportunities. Your insights will directly influence the channels, messaging, onboarding, and overall customer experience within the product.
You will partner closely with the Marketing team to design and execute experiments that drive user acquisition and engagement. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and reporting on the performance of these experiments, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made to enhance growth strategies. You will also collaborate with the Product team to align on user feedback and product improvements based on your analyses.
