You are adaptable and can pivot between different aspects of the growth funnel, whether it’s branding, performance marketing, or user engagement strategies. You are passionate about creating impactful user experiences that resonate with diverse user cohorts.

What you'll do

As the Manager - Growth at Meesho, you will lead initiatives aimed at expanding the annual transacting user base through innovative acquisition strategies. You will work on branding and performance marketing campaigns, ensuring that user onboarding processes are seamless and effective. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior and implementing strategies to enhance engagement and retention, including loyalty programs and promotional events. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute user-seller programs that drive purchasing intent at critical moments. Your strategic insights will help shape the growth roadmap, and you will be expected to solve a variety of challenges that arise in the dynamic e-commerce landscape. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making within the growth team.
